Ajay envisioned AuthBridge while working on CORE BPO, his joint venture in business process outsourcing, catering to the global real estate industry. The trust deficit experienced by his global clients in conducting business in India led him to find AuthBridge in 2005. Ajay has led the organisation through many phases of innovation and business transformation since. From a pioneer in background screening to India’s leading service provider of real-time data and cutting-edge marquee solutions for background intelligence, AuthBridge’s journey has been Ajay’s journey too.
Ajay has encountered and overcame many unique challenges but none of the dilemmas have given him as many sleepless nights as awaiting the release of a Marvel movie, although he is strictly a Batman fan. Whatever remains of Ajay’s personal time, he likes to spend catching up on the latest action thrillers with his family. Ajay is an ardent believer in one’s capacity to change their own destiny, which is why you will never find him reading a self-help book, even though he is an avid reader.
Ajay is passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs. He is on the Advisory team of several start-ups, lending his guidance in helping them evolve and scale. Actively associated with NASSCOM and TIE, you will often find him sharing his thoughts on innovation, process and business transformation and trust infrastructure – subjects very close to his heart.

Sandeep leads the transformation of AuthBridge’s capability to easily accessible and efficient solutions using technology. He has brought his wide-ranging experience in Business Planning, Technical Design, Product Management and IT Strategy, and is carving a path towards making our solutions more reliable, quick and accurate.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and IIT Delhi, Sandeep has a rich experience in IT delivery, Offshoring and Business Consulting. He is an experienced entrepreneur who raised close to 90 million USD for an online fashion brand Yepme.com as a co-founder. He has designed and developed a full integrated e-commerce solution for Omni Channel Retail – OmniEnbaler.com based on service-oriented architecture for Yepme.com. Prior to Yepme, he has been associated with many renowned companies like Accenture, Sapient, HCL and Nagarro.
On a personal front he keeps himself updated with technology, likes to travel, loves Bollywood movies & music.
Anil specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to customer relationships. At AuthBridge, Anil has nurtured key relationships and engendered strategic partnerships that have led to a significant revenue growth. Anil’s expertise in business development, program execution, managing cross-cultural businesses and establishing efficient and profitable customer support functions from the scratch has led the Sales and Client Servicing vertical far since its founding days.
24 years of rich work experience has ensured the extension of Anil’s portfolio to Corporate and Industrial Selling, Direct Selling and Dealer Networks. Prior to AuthBridge, Anil has held a key leadership position at a French Multinational, providing high-end CAD/CAM technology solutions.
Tenaciously protecting his client’s interest gives Anil an adrenaline spike as do high-octane action movies and a good game of golf on a bright Sunday. Anil is go-getter whom you will never find giving up on a belief or giving in to the idea that Mission: Impossible III isn’t the best in the series.
Joining AuthBridge in 2008, Raviraj has been part of the think-tank propelling the organization on the path of innovation and growth. He has been heading the Operations Team since 2012. Under Raviraj’s guidance, the team has deftly managed delivery of key verification solutions through active problem solving and brought in process efficiency enabled by cutting-edge technology. With a focus on attracting right talent to cope with ever-evolving dynamics of each function as well as on agile and customer-centric processes, Raviraj has been instrumental in ensuring a lean production environment within the team.
Raviraj is a graduate from Indraprastha University and a qualified ACCA professional. Before joining AuthBridge, Ravi had a successful stint at GE Money.
Raviraj spends a significant time guiding his team and answering questions, but none of them are as tricky as ones raised by his toddler daughter while he reads bedtime stories to her. When life throws a curveball, Raviraj believes in ‘seeing the bigger picture’ as advocated by his favourite Ghazal-singer Jagjit Singh in one of his celebrated melodies – ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi’.
Rahul’s ability to establish effective communication and influence key internal and external stakeholders makes him extremely effective in his role as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at AuthBridge. He lends leadership and direction for the exploration of untapped markets for background verification, building new connections, maximizing market penetration as well as for efficient client onboarding, activation and renewal of key accounts.
Rahul adds to AuthBridge’s repository of resources over 20 years of rich work experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development and General Management. The diverse experience has been gained by working at key leadership positions at blue chip Indian and Multinational Corporates across Hospitality, Financial Services, Real Estate and Electronic Media amongst other domains.
A sports buff, Rahul is known for his athleticism and team spirit, both on and off the field. Nothing rejuvenates Rahul better than watching a good game of sports and the cheerful faces of his teammates when they have closed a deal.
With more than 17 years of experience under his belt, Rakesh oversees the whole gamut of Finance and Accounts at AuthBridge. His rich work span includes stints at leading companies in diverse domains - Information Technology, Education, Real Estate, Dotcom and Electronic Media as well as Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Prior to AuthBridge, Rakesh has held esteemed positions at real estate ventures of Investor Clinic Group, O.P. Jindal Global University, Bennett Coleman & Co and Ramco Systems Limited. Rakesh’s expertise is key to a series of initiatives designed for AuthBridge’s anticipated business growth over the longer term, including plans for strategic investments, expansion and acquisitions. Occasional curveballs bring out the best in Rakesh as he likes problem solving. When he is not keeping a tab of the stock market in his free time, he likes to unwind by watching a good movie. Rakesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He is a Commerce Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University.

SDF Consulting is a business enabling firm which works on two critical business intersection(s) of Strategy & Execution; Business & HR. Rajan brings in a rich experience of 20 years in Human Resources in varied settings. In the past he has worked for Max Life Insurance (MLI), Coca-Cola India, Eicher and Ballarpur Industries. Under his leadership MLI won Great Places to Work and Gallup Best Workplace Award.
Over the years, Rajan has been instrumental in setting up HR functions and has worked on formulating the philosophy, strategy and policies of the HR function to drive business strategy. He has specific expertise in the areas of building Business Partnerships and Organization Transformation, with in-depth knowledge of Performance Management, Compensation, Training, Talent Management and Management Development.
Subinder Khurana -Ex-VP, Cognizant & President, Millennium City Society- is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building organizations. His expertise also extends to business analytics, building and mentoring startups, building management teams, organization systems and processes, sales & marketing consulting, managing knowledge services, software product development, data management and venture financing. Subinder is a Mentor on the NASSCOM Emerge Forum, lending his guidance to the emerging companies to watch out for. Subinder has received his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology -Delhi.
Subinder has an extensive experience in building and selling products and platforms and delivering consulting services, both in India and the US. His rich portfolio includes the experience of two strategic exits - EZPower Systems, a software products company he co-founded, now a part of Oracle, and marketRx, a product-enabled marketing analytics company, acquired by Cognizant. Apart from AuthBridge, Subinder actively advises and mentors several organisations, including Druva Software, JustMyNeighbour, and Power2SME.
