Mr. Ajay Trehan is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in building and operating successful businesses.
Ajay founded AuthBridge in August 2005. AuthBridge has since grown rapidly to become India’s leading provider of solutions and platforms that enable trust. A pioneer in innovation and business transformation, Ajay has nurtured the organisation from a largely services based to a highly tech-enabled business model. Today, AuthBridge is a quality-driven, best practice company, delivering proven business impact risk mitigation solutions to top draw clients, including Fortune 500 organizations. With some very marquee offerings like AuthLead, WorkAttest, TruthScreen and Student Services Bureau, AuthBridge is spearheading change in the Indian employee as well as customer screening industries.
Before turning an entrepreneur, Ajay had a distinguished career with the Shriram Industrial Enterprises Limited (a part of the erstwhile DCM group) and then ICI India. He grew very rapidly in these organizations to eventually hold leadership positions in operations and sales.
His ability to recognize new business opportunities when markets and technologies are in transition also prompted him to co-author CORE BPO, a business process outsourcing company that specialized in providing Business Process Outsourcing to the global Real Estate Industry.
Ajay is very passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs. He is on the Advisory team of various startups where he contributes a lot of his personal time helping them evolve and scale. He has been actively associated with NASSCOM and TIE, where he regularly speaks on subjects like innovation, process and business transformation, trust infrastructure etc. that are very close to his heart.
Outside work, Ajay is an avid reader and a movie buff. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He is also a certified ISO 9001 auditor.
Sandeep leads the transformation of AuthBridge’s capability to easily accessible and efficient solutions using technology. He has brought his wide-ranging experience in Business Planning, Technical Design, Product Management and IT Strategy, and is carving a path towards making our solutions more reliable, quick and accurate.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and IIT Delhi, Sandeep has a rich experience in IT delivery, Offshoring and Business Consulting. He is an experienced entrepreneur who raised close to 90 million USD for an online fashion brand Yempe.com as a co-founder. He has designed and developed a full integrated e-commerce solution for Omni Channel Retail – OmniEnbaler.com based on service oriented architecture for Yepme.com. Prior to Yempe, he has been associated with many renowned companies like Accenture, Sapient, HCL and Nagarro.
On a personal front he keeps himself updated with technology, likes to travel, loves Bollywood movies & music.
Anil is responsible for overseeing the growth of the company, by focusing on, all efforts associated with business development and program execution for better understanding of AuthBridge’s offerings among its target audience. Additionally, he manages the sales support function, including the request for proposal response process. His charter also includes the exploration of new and innovative solutions for clients in pre-employment background screening domain.
Anil’s ability to build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision makers, establishing high profit accounts with excellent levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty qualify him to lead manage the sales and marketing function at AuthBridge.
At AuthBridge, Anil brings in more than a decade of leadership experience covering a wide range of portfolio that extends from Corporate and Industrial Selling to Direct Selling to Dealer Networks. He is a seasoned professional with acknowledged skills in building customer support organisations and managing cross-cultural business practices.
Prior to joining AuthBridge, Anil served in a French Multinational as Business Manager, providing high-end CAD/CAM technology solutions.
Ravi heads Operations for AuthBridge and in his role deftly manages the various components of employee background screening, AuthBridge’s core product and also handles delivery of all associated products like AuthLead, Due Diligence of Vendors, Business Partners & Investment Risk and Investigations. Ravi from the start has been part of the think-tank at AuthBridge and worked closely at automating and constantly evolving the processes for higher productivity. He donned the Operations hat in 2012 and has since consistently devised process enhancements using a smart blend of analytics and technology towards a lean production environment. With these changes, Ravi has taken Operations at AuthBridge to new heights.
With a keen eye on the kind of talent that needs to be hired as the dynamics of each function keep evolving, Ravi excels in ensuring the operations environment is agile and displays intense customer focus.
A graduate from Indraprastha University and a Qualified ACCA professional Ravi has worked with GE Money before joining AuthBridge in 2008.

Rajan Kalia is the co-founder of Salto Dee Fe (SDF) Consulting Service. SDF Consulting is a business enabling firm which works on two critical business intersection(s) of Strategy & Execution; Business & HR. Rajan brings in a rich experience of 20 years in Human Resources in varied settings. In the past he has worked for Max Life Insurance (MLI), Coca-Cola India, Eicher and Ballarpur Industries. Under his leadership MLI won Great Places to Work and Gallup Best Workplace Award.
Over the years, Rajan has been instrumental in setting up HR functions and has worked on formulating the philosophy, strategy and policies of the HR function to drive business strategy. He has specific expertise in the areas of building Business Partnerships and Organization Transformation, with in-depth knowledge of Performance Management, Compensation, Training, Talent Management and Management Development.
Mr. O P Chhatwal has the distinction of being seasoned professional deep-domain know-how in matters relating to fraud. As part of the AuthBridge Board, he plays a stellar role in defining and mentoring the organisation on processes to handling cases of forgery, impropriety, swindling and others similar offences.
Mr. Chhatwal retired from active police service as Deputy Inspector General, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) after the agency for 40 years. In his career, Mr. Chhatwal investigated many cases of Corruption against senior public servants and acted as the Presenting Officer in such departmental proceedings. For his meritorious services, Mr. Chhatwal received the CBI Gold Medal for Best Investigating Officer in 1984.
Amongst numerous headline matters, Mr Chhatwal supervised the Mumbai serial bomb blast cases of 1993. He successfully handled the extradition of underworld don Abu Salem and his consort from Portugal. He also has the experience of investigating bank frauds, forgery, hijacking and terrorist offences.
Subinder Khurana (Ex-VP, Cognizant & President, Millennium City Society) is an IIT Delhi graduate with over 20 years of professional experience in building organizations and entrepreneurship. He is also a Mentor at NASSCOM Emerge Forum, other Emerging Companies.
He is an Entrepreneur and Organization builder with a successful track record. Built businesses, sold and delivered products and consulting services, and developed software products, both in India and the US. Subinder has the experience of two strategic exits – EZPower Systems, a software products company he co-founded (now a part of Oracle), and marketRx, a product-enabled marketing analytics company (acquired by Cognizant). Advised/ mentored several startups including Druva Software, JustMyNeighbour, AuthBridge and Power2SME. His area of expertise are Business Analytics, Startups, Building Management teams, Organization Systems and Processes, Sales & Marketing Consulting, Managing Knowledge Services, Software Product Development, Data Management, Venture Financing
Niraj Kumar is a Partner in the New Delhi Office, with nine years of standing at the bar. Niraj is registered with Bar Council of India, and has significant experience in transaction practice, especially Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets. He has in the past been associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Fox Mandal and was heading corporate practice of Agarwal Law Associate before joining DSK Legal.
His areas of expertise include Corporate and commercial transactions (including deal structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of transactions), Mergers & Acquisitions (Business Transfer, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliance, Private Equity, setting up of businesses in India), Capital market transactions (including public issues on Indian and overseas bourses, QIPs, rights issue and issuance of debt instruments), General corporate advisory.
Col. Vijay Reddy is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy (India), the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington (India) and the US Army Command & General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas (USA), to which institution he was invited by the US government to pursue studies in Global Security Strategies and Operations. An Infantry officer of the Rajput Regiment of the Indian Army, Vijay participated in the Indo-Pak war of 1971, operations in Sri Lanka and anti-insurgent operations across India.
Educated in India and the USA, he possesses three Master’s Degrees, including an M Phil in Business Management and an MS in HRD from the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
After 26 years of distinguished military service, Vijay chose to join the corporate world, choosing Human Resources as his speciality. He was the Vice President of UBICS, a Pittsburgh based IT company and subsequently led HR departments of large corporate houses in the US. He possesses extensive experience in the fields of Risk Mitigation Services, Background Verification and Human Resource Development.
Vijay was associated with the Indo-US joint security initiatives in the Asia-Pacific Region and is an experienced National and Global Security Planning Specialist. Having lived and worked in the USA for over a decade, Vijay relocated to India in 2006, in which year he, along with Mr. Mahesh Srinivasan, founded Footprints Collateral Services Pvt. Ltd.
Vijay enjoys horse-back riding, playing golf, travelling and listening to music. He has authored several articles/papers on National and Global Security matters.
