The estimate of quantities generated is divided into multiple components, allowing you to review the cost allocated to each aspect of the construction project, such as concrete volumes, steel requirements based on diameter, reinforcement, brick, plaster, flooring and skirting areas.

The basic inputs for working out the costs of projects include information on prevalent market rates of materials and labor. This information can be provided to us by our clients. Alternatively, we can use our own resources to find out and verify current market rates. This is done through Internet search, as well as by having a UK-based resource that interfaces directly with the market and constantly monitors rates and costs.

The output and deliverables include Quantity Statement in conventional L-B-D format and Cost Estimate for user provided item rates.
