Post graduates with good academic background

Main Purpose of Job

The main reason for the position to exist within the Organization:

To verify the accuracy of information submitted/available by contacting the required parties involved.

Job Profile

Each Verifier is responsible for the checks for the cases allotted to him/her. The cases are allotted to each verifier by the respective ATLs. Based on the data available in the internal database and the data provided for the case by the client, the Verifier checks each and every data point mentioned against the case, in line with the verification standards set internally for the process. These checks conducted by each of the verifiers form the basic unit of the operations and the report generated from the compilation of all checks across all relevant sections form the final output. The verifiers after conducting individual checks fill up the information in the prescribed format as recommended by client. The report form then moves to the next section to another verifier for checks against the prescribed data points/checks subscribed for that section. The end product, which is the final report here, proclaims the final verdict on the accuracy of an applicant’s claim made at the client organization.

It is the duty of the verifier to bring to the notice of the respective ATL in case of any ambiguity in the case, or any conflicting data, or difficulty in verification of data. The verifiers at various sections are also required to co-operate and co-ordinate with each other to ensure that the final report is complete and accurate as per the SLAs for the case.

Main Duties of the Job Holder (Related to products or services directly provided by jobholder)

  • To conduct primary source verification of specified elements
  • To ensure adherence to TAT
  • To appropriately and timely communicate case needs requiring attention or action to respective ATL.
  • Attend to specific customer complaints/requirement within the defined Customer Complaint/Query Resolution Time (CCRT).
  • To be up-to-date on knowledge of policies and procedures and compliance issues pertaining to Verification
  • Effective data entry / documentation for report management
  • To address and answer as per need the interdepartmental queries on various cases handled.

Working Days: All weekdays including the 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturday (The working Saturdays can be changed depending on management decision)

Office timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
