Qualification:

Essential: MBA
Desired: Knowledge of working on PPTs, Excel, DOC & PDF docs

Experience:

8 -10 Yrs. of experience in Corporate Sales

  • Preferably from Service Industry (Hospitality, Job Portal, HR Service Organizations, Training Organizations etc.)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency of MSOffice solutions.
  • Should be willing to travel across the country.

B. Main Purpose of Job:

The main reason for the position to exist within the organization): To manage and lead the sales effort in a region / vertical through individual efforts or with the help of a team as per the business plans of the organization

C. Job Profile:

The position is responsible for a particular region, which would typically include several states in that region. The job holder will be responsible for the entire Sales effort in the region (both the active sales as well as the passive relationship building). The job will entail Identifying potential Clients base across the regions, developing strategies to create in roads, developing and maintaining an excellent network and managing the client relationships in the region.

D. Main Duties of the Job Holder (Related to products or services directly provided by jobholder)

  1. To achieve the sales targets for the respective region on a regular basis in terms of volume. This will include:
    1. creating sales plan in consultation with the HOD, market wise, product wise, segment wise and sales person wise and ensuring that the sales esources are planned and deployed optimally.
    2. Generating leads with corporate clients and working on the leads
    3. Developing proposals in consultation with HOD for various prospective clients · Conducting independent negotiations and ensuring closure of negotiations
    4. ensuring that the business targets are met as per the forecasts / budget and that there are midcourse corrections applied whenever there are shortfalls.
  2. To work closely with the delivery team, Clients and others in identifying business opportunities and delivering services
    1. Transitions new accounts to the client team seamlessly
    2. Remains connected to client representatives over time for purposes of generating referrals.
  3. To maintain relations and regular contacts with clients to ensure constant flow of business and facilitate resolution of their problems
  4. To manage and maintain a good network within the HR network to facilitate building of brand name and business
  5. To strictly adhere to systems, procedures laid down by the company from time to time
  6. To mentor, coach and otherwise develop team members in fulfilling their targets
  7. Provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales
