Tapesh Bagati, Chairman

Tapesh, a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of
experience, has been actively involved as an investor
and a leader with various ventures in the services and
retail space in India. Tapesh was the Founder Chairman
of Institute of Technology and Management, one of the
leaders in the professional education space in India.
Tapesh brings with him remarkable leadership
qualities and his relationships with industry leaders to
the organization. He is responsible for AuthBridge's
worldwide growth and leadership in the field of
screening backgrounds of employees.

Ajay Trehan, MD & CEO
|
| Ajay is the co-founder and
Chief Executive Officer of AuthBridge. Before founding AuthBridge,a pre-employment background verifications
company, Ajay co-authored CoreBPO, a Business Process
Engineering Consultancy and Outsourcing organization
specializing in the real estate domain. Ajay set up the
operations and has since built an over 300 employee
organization at the India Delivery Centre. |

India over the last few years, Ajay has been
participating in various HR forums and spoken on
numerous occasions on contemporary issues affecting
employers and employees. |

| Prior to treading the
entrepreneurial route, Ajay worked with ICI India
(Indian subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries, UK)
in various roles in Operations and Sales. |

Ajay is a Bachelors in
Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of
Technology, New Delhi. He is also a certified ISO 9000
auditor.

An MBA Anil has had a dynamic
12 year career in sales and marketing, encompassing a
diverse portfolio ranging from Corporate and Industrial
Selling to Direct Selling to Dealer Networks.
He has a proven track record of result oriented
performance and strong skills in business development,
marketing, customer relationship building and people
skills. His ability to build and maintain relationships
with key corporate decision makers, establishing high
profit accounts with excellent levels of customer
retention and loyalty and assisting large enterprise
customers with their technology investment initiatives
render him invaluable.
Anil's impeccable track record displays creativity and
initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

In his role as Business
Manager with a French Multinational, providing high-end
CAD/CAM technology solutions, he executed high value
sales. Anil likes interacting with people and is keen on
sports.

Preeta Pradhan, Head
Corporate Communications
Preeta Pradhan, graduate from Loreto College, Kolkata, has over 15 years of experience in diverse industry domains.
Over these yeas of her professional engagements, Preeta has served in many different roles
- School Headmistress, Software Developer, Head of Training, Researcher and Content Specialist for a leading newspaper.
The breadth and depth of her experience brings uniqueness to her personality.
Her constantly learning mind is a great sounding board for AuthBridge's leadership team.
Preeta has written on various subjects in the print media over the last few years.
She also wrote a column in one of India's regional newspapers before she took on her role.
Her tenures in different parts of the country interacting with different cultures enabled her to develop very natural
counseling and people management skills.
Preeta is responsible for all of AuthBridge's communications
- to the world outside and the world within.
Preeta also leads AuthBridge's research and learning efforts.

Mukund B Kaushal
A distinguished Indian Police Services officer of the
1963 batch, M.B. Kaushal served as Secretary to Home
Ministry on Internal Security, Police & Dept. of Jammu &
Kashmir.
He is the recipient of Indian Police Medal for
Meritorious Service and the President's Police Medal for
Distinguished Service. During his illustrious service he
also served as Chief of CRPF and Commissioner of Police,
New Delhi.

Mr. Kaushal brings in his
years of experience in successfully managing large
anti-crime outfits. -understands limitations of the
information available in public domain and contributes
to AuthBridge's think tank working on structuring
information coming in from various channels. He advises
our research teams on new methodologies and processes
being evolved in-house for improvement in pre-
employment background screening services.

M K Zutshi
M K Zutshi has held various senior Revenue leadership
positions in his 40 year career. He served as Chairman &
Member (Budget) of Central Board of Excise & Customs
-
the only official in the history of CBEC to have held
these 2 key positions simultaneously. He has also been
the Director General, in the Directorate of Economic
Intelligence Bureau and in the Department of Revenue
Intelligence.

Mr. Zutshi has invaluable
experience working in the revenue services domain. He is
led various in-depth investigations and probes over his
career that spans over more than 30 years. He brings
knowledge of the Indian legal framework and an astute
understanding of the corporate finance domain and its
potential for exploitation. His presence on the Board
gives AuthBridge a great advantage as it builds risk
assessment products in financial security domain in the
process of employee screening backgrounds.

Squadron Leader Ashok Ahooja
After 14
years with Indian Air Force, Sqr Ldr Ahooja, migrated to
Iran and then to USA running his business interests
there till his eventual return to India. During his
tenure with the Indian Air Force, Ashok Ahooja was
responsible for Administration and for providing
logistic support. Post 1962 Indo-Sino conflict, he was
with the unit in charge of military equipment
installations in the Eastern Sector. He also trained
fresh recruits at Air force Training Institute, Belgaum.
Ashok
Ahooja is an integral part of a wide social network of
Defence and non-defence personnel; in particular with
the top officials of the police. With his strong
networking skills and international experience, Ashok
Ahooja has the advantage of building strong & effective
relationships.
Ashok
Ahooja brings with him the expertise, reach and acumen
to streamline and create inroads into the mire of
Criminal & Police Verifications in the absence of robust
and comprehensive databases available in the public
domain.

V M Pandit
With 26 years of experience with the Central Bureau of Investigation post a Masters in Criminology and Forensic Sciences and a Degree in Law, V M Pandit spent the next 11 years with corporate houses spearheading vigilance and espionage and counter-espionage activities.
During his tenure with the CBI, V M Pandit, spent time with public sector undertakings dealing with violations of code of conduct and departmental enquiries and earned for himself an august spot for his investigative capabilities.
V M Pandit is said to be the key force for implementing corporate intelligence culture during his tenure as GM, Corporate Affairs, Shaw Wallace & Co. Ltd. He implemented vigilance and espionage activities through contemporary security systems liaising with judicial, quasi-judicial and law enforcement agencies.
Instrumental in setting up an academy for investigative courses and as founder of a corporate investigations company, V M Pandit is an invaluable advisor for AuthBridge with his in-depth knowledge of corporate trouble-shooting & due diligence.

O P Chhatwal
O P Chhatwal, today associated with Central Bureau of Investigation, he retired from active police service as DIG, CBI after 40 years. During his tenure he has been decorated for distinguished and meritorious services. Mr Chhatwal was awarded the CBI Gold Medal for Best Investigating Officer in 1984.
In the course of his career O P Chhatwal investigated and supervised innumerable Anti-Corruption cases against senior public servants and was also the Presenting Officer in departmental proceedings.
Mr Chhatwal supervised the Mumbai serial bomb blast cases of 1993 where 100 accused have been convicted. He successfully handled the extradition of underworld don Abu Salem and his consort from Portugal. He also has the experience of investigating bank frauds, forgery, hijacking and terrorist offences.
O P Chhatwal brings with him the expertise of supervising cases of medical certificate forgery, financial impropriety, sub-standard constructions, faulty allotment of petrol pumps and a host of other areas relevant to AuthBridge.
