ISO 9001:2008

AuthBridge was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification in early 2008 and has been upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in 2010. It is an internationally recognized and respected quality management systems standard. The certification is confirmation of our commitment to deliver quality service to our clients.

 

From the beginning, attention, to the quality of our internal processes has earned us the good faith and unwavering patronage of our clients.  For the simple reason - we have helped them reduce risk to their businesses and enhanced the quality of their own procedures.

Our best practices, at each stage of our processes, are clearly evident in every thing we do. 

  • Within hours of receiving a verification request, our “Input Quality Control” helps us detect missing data or documents.  This is promptly reported to the client.
  • Specialized Research and Validation teams carry out “specific checks.” The result is quick turnaround times, smooth process flow and a high degree of control.
  • All our document and data reporting templates can be customized to clients’ unique needs. However, we retain strict control over the different template versions.
  • The Report Specialists compile the reports that are then thoroughly checked by Compliance and Quality Assurance Teams.
  • Operation Managers keep a finger on the pulse of the end-to-end work flow.  They make regular real-time assessments of client, case and team specific performances.

One of the main pillars that underpin our business is security – in all its forms. We are committed to protecting the security environment because we handle sensitive client information. To add further support to the pillar, AuthBridge is ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified as meeting the requirements of international security standards.

 

Since the flow of information is two way, we work very closely with our clients and vendors in order to protect it. As part of the security architecture we have installed an Information Security Framework in our establishment. Our clients value this.

We have:

  • Biometric Access Controls to all Operations and other key areas of our infrastructure
  • CCTV-based monitoring of all sensitive areas of the facility
  • Firewalls and Role-based access to data stored in servers
  • Mirroring of servers daily at a remote location from a Business Continuity perspective.
  • 98.5% uptime of infrastructure
  • In the event of a Disaster we have provided for back up systems at alternate locations. This permits us to go live within 8 hours.

Aside from all the above measures, security is a mind-set at AuthBridge; a well-entrenched habit.
